All units include oversized doors and bathrooms designed for easy access, grab rails for security in bathroom and large windows.

Studio and one-bedroom units have kitchenettes complete with sink, counter, cabinets, over the sink light, refrigerator and microwave.

Two-bedroom apartments feature larger kitchens with cook range/stove and larger refrigerator with separate freezer. These apartments have one bathroom with standard bathtub and one roll-in shower. They also feature an oversized lanai or patio.

Our one-bedroom or two bedroom cottages feature kitchens equipped with full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven range, microwave oven, pantry, dishwasher, garbage disposal, kitchen bar and double sink. Master bedrooms are spacious with bay window
and huge closets for storage and clothing. All cottages have private porches. A limited number of cottages have a gas fireplace
in the living room.

Two-bedroom cottages feature vaulted ceilings in the living room and have a utility closet.

One-bedroom cottages have large utility rooms and heavy duty super capacity washer & dryers.
