Meet the GenCare Staff

As a GenCare Lifestyle community, GenCare, Renton The Lodge is staffed with experienced professionals who have a deep commitment to celebrating seniors and their lives. Leon Grundstein, founder and president, pioneered innovations and the use of performance measures in the senior housing industry in the Pacific Northwest and we understand that we are in the people business. By recruiting the very best people and providing continuous training in job duties and safety, GenCare focuses on the unique needs of seniors and their Renton Independent Living. The safety of our residents is extremely important. Before any employee joins our team, he or she must pass a thorough background check and reference check. A year round performance management system ensures continuous development of the GenCare team. Each GenCare Lifestyle community manager is measured against benchmarks in many areas, including staff turnover. We know that low turnover is a key factor to providing a premier living environment.
